Currently the SIWA Clubhouse is operational with the following phases to be rolled out:
Phase 1: 11 premium clifftop villas totalling 26 keys to open in November 2022
Phase 2: 43 premium ocean view villas totalling 47 keys to open in November 2023
Operational resort with 16 keys. Additional 8 one-bedroom villas under construction and to open in March 2023.
18 Luxury penthouses totalling 28 keys to open in December 2023.
7.4 hectare premium site situated less than 2 kilometers from the Mandalika International Racing Circuit and Mandalika Special Economic Tourism Zone, South Lombok.
